My disappointment lay in one, the lobby staff although they appeared to be friendly and welcoming seemed to be just playing the part. It's nice to have separate living spaces when on travel. And the room had several stains in the bathroom but, I like the layout of these hotels. The hallway floors are very weirdly slanted so that was a bit odd.
